Terms of Service
These terms apply when you access Repfolio, create an account, publish a catalog, or purchase a subscription.

The service
Repfolio provides tools for organizing product links, retrieving available product information, adding referral links, publishing catalogs, and exporting data. Product, price, stock, quality, shipping, and referral attribution come from third parties and are not guaranteed. Verify important information before relying on it.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials and extension tokens secure, and promptly tell support@repfolio.cc about unauthorized access. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. One person or organization may not evade limits by creating multiple accounts.
Subscriptions
Plus and Pro+ are billed monthly in advance in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. You can change plan or cancel in the billing portal. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; access ends immediately when Stripe reports a failed, unpaid, paused, or canceled subscription. Mid-cycle plan changes may create a prorated credit or charge shown before confirmation.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or when Repfolio expressly agrees otherwise. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. Billing questions can be sent to support@repfolio.cc.
Your content
You are responsible for URLs, images, descriptions, notes, affiliate codes, and other content you submit or publish. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use it. You grant Repfolio a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate the service.
Lawful use
You may not use Repfolio for counterfeit or illegal goods, intellectual-property infringement, malware, fraud, deceptive claims, spam, harassment, privacy violations, or content prohibited by payment, hosting, marketplace, or agent rules. You may not bypass logins, CAPTCHA, paywalls, robots controls, rate limits, or other technical restrictions.
Affiliate disclosure
Publishers must clearly disclose affiliate relationships wherever law or platform rules require it. Repfolio may display an automatic disclosure, but publishers remain responsible for any additional disclosure required for their audience or jurisdiction.
Enforcement and reports
Repfolio may restrict retrieval, remove content, disable links or sharing, suspend accounts, or terminate repeat offenders. We may preserve records and respond to valid legal requests. Send content and rights reports to abuse@repfolio.cc.
Third-party services
Marketplaces, shopping agents, Stripe, Google, and hosting providers are independent services governed by their own terms. Repfolio is not the seller, shopping agent, shipper, or payment processor for products listed by users.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available and may change when third-party sites change. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Repfolio disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Repfolio's aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid Repfolio in the three months before the event giving rise to it. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be announced through the service or account email before they take effect when required. Continued use after the effective date accepts the revised terms. Questions: legal@repfolio.cc.
